TESSA is accessed via the Internet browser and can therefore be used regardless of the operating system installed. We recommend using the latest version of one of the following browsers to work with TESSA:
The TESSA DAM stores user information in session cookies when the page is accessed. These are deleted at the end of the session by logging out or closing the Internet browser.
When working with TESSA, it is imperative that pop-up windows are not suppressed, as otherwise various functionalities will not be available. Depending on the browser used, there are various options for allowing the use of pop-ups. If your browser supports this, please generally allow the use of pop-ups for TESSA. You can find more information on this in the help function of the browser you are using.
Numerous functions of TESSA use JavaScript. If your Internet browser does not support JavaScript or you have deactivated the use of JavaScript, these functions will not be available to you.
Working with TESSA is not possible in this case.
Firewalls are often used to prevent unwanted external access to your own network. So-called personal firewalls can also be installed to protect a single computer. Please check that the configuration of your firewall allows the system requirements access to TESSA. If necessary, please contact your system administrator.
