In order to be able to rate the quality of assets, TESSA has an integrated rating system from 1 to 4 stars. This is useful if you want to check several product images for a product first and then select the appropriate ones. You can rate an image in several ways. There is a special metadata ‘Rating’ for this, which can be customized like other metadata under ‘Edit’ for one or more assets by selecting the appropriate rating in a dropdown.
More elegant, however, is the option of clicking on an asset to open the Preview. There you can simply assign the appropriate rating using the buttons 1-4 and jump directly to the next asset.
Using the search filter ‘Rating’ you are able to filter for assets with a certain rating, for example 4 stars.
