Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password to log in to TESSA, you can reset your password via the link ‘Forgot your password?’ in the login dialog.
To do this, fill out the required fields ‘ID’ and ‘Email’ in the “Forgot password” dialog and confirm the entries by clicking on the ‘Submit’ button.
After successfully submitting your data, TESSA will send you an automatically generated password to the e-mail address you provided, which you should change again the next time you log in to TESSA.
